Superb Event; this will be one of the premium Back Yard Ultra's in the UK
Well done guys, the event was excellent with loads of little touches to make the overall experience one to remember.
The course was great, but could do with some work on the divots (If possible) on the field to avoid the risk of turning an ankle but that's a minor thing, loved the wooded area, and it was probably the best marked route out of the many various events i've done.
There was a little confusion on the course after completing the first lap but this solved immediately with the rope that took away any confusion or need to remember.
Great event guys, well done

Outstanding debut event
Fantastic first time event for the lads. A race for all levels no matter how far you've ran before. Superbly organised and a fantastic atmosphere to be a part of.
Cheers lads

What a debut event!
These guys out on their first backyard ultra like they've been doing it for years!
Excellent organisation from start to finish, a personal welcome and goodbye on the day, and incredibly supportive of all participating athletes on social media.
The facilities and location were outstanding, and to add to the experience, most of us got to continue with the event long after it had finished for us, watching Rob and James battle it out for their places on team GB ♥️
Great event and amazing people!
Very Well organised and Top atmosphere
Absolute top day. Well organised. Top atmosphere. Staff were really friendly. You’d think it had been going for years not just their first event. Can’t wait to go again. Well done guys smashed it

Fantastic event
This event was incredibly well organised, full of friendly and helpful staff all going the extra mile for the athletes and their crew. The atmosphere was amazing throughout, even through the night and during the early hours of the morning the vibe was always high. These guys have a genuine passion for the sport and both compete themselves, so they know exactly what is important for both the athletes and spectators and they go above and beyond to make it happen. Would highly recommend MOAR events to anyone looking to push themselves in a genuinely supportive setting.

Hooked
Personable and great pre event coms, quality set up and atmosphere on the day (s). May have got me hooked on this format, still buzzing 4 days later, such a community feel. Nice one lads
Incredible
First time BYU, an incredible event that was very well organised. The organisers were amazing and an all round top experience for all abilities, couldn’t recommend it enough!
You'd have thought it was their 100th event not their 1st
Absolutely Flawless
Brilliant weekend from start to finish!
First BYU and officially hooked! Everything was spot on, everyone was so friendly and supportive, facilities on site were great and well maintained, course was brutal at points but well marked out, would 100% recommend!

Wanna, run snake is the woods for hours and hours.
For a debut event, this one went off with a bang. An awesome location, a super friendly crew, and an atmosphere that was spot on.
Huge respect to the last man standing and the assist. Their efforts have well and truly put this event on the map.
This is a bucket list event for any ultra runner or endurance athlete.

Tough but meant to be
Only a couple of niggles.
Instructions for spectators were not consistent. We had friends who couldn't get in the correct way, yet had others who got in the same way as competitors after the event had started...not good if they had travelled far.
The PA announcement at the beginning was very low and unenthusiastic....needed to be motivational.
Last but not least, the free food supplies should of been for paying competitors, we saw groups of spectators or crew coming back with arm fulls of freebies.
Cheers
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate it, as this is exactly the kind of thing that helps us improve for future events. The spectator access is something we’ll definitely review. We tried our best to manage the additional entrance, but with the pressure and excitement of the start it was difficult to have someone there constantly. We’ll look at making the instructions clearer and having a better system in place next time so nobody misses out, especially those travelling a long way. The opening announcements is another area we’ll continue to develop! It was our first time standing in front of a crowd of 200+ people, so there were definitely some nerves, but we’ll keep improving and hopefully bring more energy and atmosphere as we grow. Regarding the aid station supplies, this is something we’ve already discussed internally. We wanted to create a really welcoming environment for everyone, but we also need to make sure the priority is always the runners. We’ll look at better ways to manage this going forward and make sure expectations are clearer. Really appreciate you sharing your thoughts, both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We’re always aiming to make MOAR Events better with every race. Thanks again, Taylor & Josh

From start to finish the event was superb. Everyone involved really made the difference
Great event guys, for a first one. This is only the start for Moar events. Great to see everyone come back and cheers on the winning 2. All the event staff were on hand to help with everything. I would 100% recommend this event to anyone thinking about taking part in a BYU. See you next time

Very helpful staff and volunteers
Sorry, but a few: doing two laps for one loop is a real pain; some of the sections were potential ankle breakers; trip hazards meant multiple falls; wristband timing is not as good as a timing mat; and mile markers would have been helpful (tho admittedly confusing on a double-loop course!).
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. We really appreciate it. The cracks in the field were definitely something we were aware of and unfortunately a result of the extreme dry weather we’ve had recently. That said, we completely agree that the course needs to be as safe as possible, and one of our biggest focuses for 2027 will be getting out on the route earlier and removing any potential hazards before race day. The feedback on timing is also really useful. The wristband system allowed us to keep entry costs down and make the event more accessible, but we’ll continue to review our systems as we grow and look at what works best for runners. We did discuss mile markers beforehand, especially with the two-loop format, but we understand they can be useful for pacing and confidence during a long event and it’s something we’ll look at improving for future races. Thank you again for the honest feedback and for being part of our first ever event. We genuinely appreciate everyone helping us make MOAR Events better for the future.

Very friendly to beginners me being one absolutely lovely crew around course and finally Taylor and Josh nicest race organisers ever.

Awesome day from start to finish

Insane event!! Would recommend
Organisation and facilities and overall set up was great. The staff were all so so lovely and supportive and pulled me through some serious struggles!!! The food was good and reasonably priced, free drinks and snacks were such a bonus. Only downside I’d say were the rabbit holes in the grassy parts, risky terrain for the ankles! But overall such a (type 4) fun experience and so glad I’ve done it! Thank you all
